GET/api/plans

The public price list — the pricing page's data source, and the same numbers billing charges against. Retired plans are excluded: a price that can no longer be bought is not advertised.

entitlements is what the plan literally declares; effective_entitlements is that merged over the platform defaults, which is what a subscriber actually gets. Money is integer micro-USD (1 USD = 1,000,000) — never a float.

Authentication

Public. No credential, no cookie, and no per-account rate limit. Calls are still subject to platform-wide rate limiting.
